SUSAN BATES-Silvalume needles have a broad range of needles compared to other brands. Size 0-8 Silvalume needles feature anodized aluminum shafts which are dyed to pastel colors. Size 9 and up Silvalume needles feature a plastic shaft to minimize weight for knitting comfort and pastel colors. The aluminum shafts are specially heat-treated to provide strength and durability while remaining lightweight for comfortable stitching.
