We only exchange or credit merchandise that is returned unused, in its original new
condition and complete contents. No partial returns on opened products, kits or packages
sold as a group.
If you redeem reward points before claiming your refund, the refund amount will be
reduced by the discount you received in the reward programs for the returned
product.
Shipping Notes:
During the checkout process you will have the option to select the shipping
method that gives you the best rate or delivery time. Select from flat rate and
US Postal Service for best rates or UPS for faster delivery.
We are one of a very few online stores that gives a broad selection and lets
you buy only one paper at a time. When we receive your order, our staff pulls
your order from our stock and carefully packages your scrapbook supplies in a
sealed poly bag, then protects your order using strong reinforced boxes to prevent
bending during shipping.
Yes, we do accept small orders of $10 or less, but there is a $2 fee on orders under $10. A restocking fee of up to 15% applies on all cancelled orders.
