FISKARS-Circle border punches include a template for cutting out a 4" and 6" circle that can be embellished with border designs using the punch. A silhouette on the base of the punch allows for perfect alignment and accurate cutting to keep circles round. Instrictions tips and tricks are printed on back of package.
